Microsoft ha già una forte presenza in Twitter, il social network di microblogging, per mezzo di account “privati” di membri dei suoi team.

Ma da mercoledì scorso @microsoft è ufficialmente in diretta su Twitter.

L’account è gestito da quattro membri del team corporate communications e si presenta come più di un feed di notizie correlate a Microsoft e come un tentativo di risposta alle domande in entrata.
(Ciò non ha evitato però che una serie di persone abbiano utilizzato il “marchio” @microsoft).
